Rental Agreement

The rental contract is made between the visitor and accomodation owner. Each owner can have his own conditions. Please read the conditions which are listed with each accomodation.

The accomodation owner will review the requested dates and price issued by the system. If there is availability then you will receive an email with a PayPal link to pay the deposit. Some owners also require the balance to be paid before arrival. If there is no availability then you will receive a decline email.
