Dzibanché has just recently been discovered. Restoration work has started at on of the pyramids. This pyramid has an axial stairs that leads to a shrine.

To reach Dzibanche take highway 186. At kilometer 120 (sign for Dzibanche) turn right and drive 130 kilometers to the ruin site.
Transportation: no public transportation available.
Open: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 PM
Entrance fee: 16 pesos
